1. COYO STUDIO provides, from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, a 12-month limited warranty on all products, a 3-month limited warranty on traditional bulb of moving head items. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship only. At the time of service, the owner will need to be able to provide evidence of PI number of purchase.

2. COYO STUDIO does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repairs not carried out by COYO STUDIO.

3. Items which are not covered by warranty are those considered as parts which are prone to failure due to general wear and tear. For example : lamps(not led), fuses, brushes and belts.

4. There will be no obligations or liability on the part of COYO STUDIO for consequential damages arising from the use of the product or any indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenue, or costs for removal, installation, or re-installation.

5.  If you are not pleased with our quality or service. For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories, but you have to help to find the problem cause by which parts, shoot the video and the help to replace the parts at you side to find the problem. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. Provided emails with details including pictures, we will send you the Spare Parts of lights for free or compensate new ones in some coming orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution on next order.

6. If there any damage caused in transit, we can not control the entire process, if so, we are happy to communicate with us friendly solution for replacing the spare part for free. We offer free spare parts but shipping cost under customer party.the best way is sending the spare parts in your next order together. If you persist in repair, the shipping cost for repair under the customer.

7. If the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. COYO STUDIO will advise you of the costs to carry out any repairs necessary and the unit will be shipped to you on receipt of payment.
